What if I tell you, when you think of a possibility you are actually getting vision from one of the meta-universe where that possibility is already a reality. The fundamental scientific world suggests we humans are at our very base nothing but energy; which I certainly oppose. In my hypothesis, we humans are not any form of energy but only a pseudo-matter which is trying to attain the state of energy in one way or another.

It’s been a while since I have shared something; life has been very-very busy lately and to be honest I have no complaints. There is a lot going around, a lot of exciting learnings, a lot of exciting projects and a lot of new experiences. I don’t really remember when was the last time I slept for more then 4 hours, and i don’t really know how other people are able to do it; I mean we are really at the golden age of mankind and sleep in my prospective is gonna be that necessary evil we have to deal with until we hack the bio-physical cycle.

Sometimes whenever I get overwhelmed with the through and forth of life, I find a random Costa cafe to sit down and reflect through drafting these blogs. Well you must be wondering what’s with the title of this blog, “Straight Circles and Rounded Lines”; ironically I think that is the closest few words I can use to describe life at its very base.

Well, I am an optimist but to keep myself grounded in reality I often ask myself this simple question, “Is everything I am doing and working towards worth it?”, while the question looks straight forward as a one-dimensional line, it  is not that simple and comprise of infinite set of views as its foundational points. I remember its been almost 8 years since I left home back in Aug 2018 for my bachelors and then right from there moved to UK for my masters in 2022 after which for roughly working 2.5 years in industry decided to undertake my PhD while continuing my work along the side.

Being honest this journey so far has been challenging and amazing at the same time; when I look back, I can see the transition from who I was to what I am. I have met a lot of people, made some great friends, lost touch with many; While I get if not thousands but at-least a hundred messages/emails each day on an average, a majority of people think that I have no emotions and I am a sort of robot. Well, I have no issues with that prospective, and in a lot of senses I agree with it; but I am no perfect and have my own regrets, I did hurt a lot of people who were/are close to me by not being there most of the time, I do miss being there back in India with my parents, I do miss the young emotional me and a lot more. But whenever I get this I always remember these lines from Robert frost, “The woods are lovely dark and deep, but I have promises to keep; miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I sleep…”

Right now I am here in Edinburgh, getting ready to present my research paper tomorrow at a workshop in EuroSys 2026; for those of you who are interested the paper in summary provides the evidence of a framework we developed that allow to create effective AI accelerator designs via edge deployed LLMs, replacing the need to expert human intervention and long development cycle. Imagine this allow the AI to develop the very logic-hardware infrastructure that empowers it; I am excited and nervous at the same time; in the event I will be presenting in front of some of the greatest minds of this century after-all.

Well, there is a lot I have to share, and a lot of interesting stories to be told; the time is limited for now. For those of you who are reading my blogs for a while you know I always leave an announcement at the end; and this time is no different. Well, I from the past two weeks along with a friend was working to develop a super interesting product for all of you highly ambitious people; which will be launching early in the coming week; so stay tuned. Apart from that there is a fascinating compiler research I am working on with AMD thatI can not disclose now but I assume in next few months once we have early results I will share the publication with you all.
